BIO

A passionate advocate for arts education, Nicole has led workshops, master classes, and residencies for numerous New York City and Massachusetts arts organizations and institutions, including the Broadway Teaching Group, BAM, Arts Connection, City Center, Fordham University, City College of New York, the Kaufman Center, The Umbrella Arts Center, and Triboro Youth Theater. She co-founded and served as Artistic Director of Brooklyn Children’s Theatre in Park Slope from 2004-2011, and served as the Manager of School and Family Programs at the Paley Center for Media for five years. As a freelancer, she taught theater, dance, musical theater, Shakespeare, film, and media literacy to thousands of students throughout New York City for fifteen years. She is especially proud of the many musical theater programs she created throughout New York City for students with learning challenges and on the autism spectrum.
